12mm Medium-Duty HDPE Ground Mat

The smart choice for pipeline projects, pedestrian access & light vehicle traffic

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ for an order? +

Minimum order quantity is 100 sheets for 19mm and 150 sheets for 12mm. A standard 20ft container fits approximately 300–350 sheets of 19mm. For initial trial orders, we can discuss smaller quantities — contact us for details.

How much can I save vs buying from Australian dealers? +

Typically 30–50%. A 19mm HDPE mat that costs AUD 180–220 from an Australian dealer can be sourced direct from our factories at AUD 85–130 per sheet (FOB), depending on order volume. Container shipping adds roughly AUD 8–15 per sheet.

Do you offer interlocking connection systems? +

Yes. Both 19mm and 12mm mats are available with an optional tongue-and-groove interlocking system that creates a continuous stable surface. This is especially useful for temporary roadways and crane pads. The interlocking version has a slightly higher unit cost but eliminates the need for separate connectors.

How are the mats shipped to Australia? +

We ship via 20ft or 40ft sea containers from Tianjin or Qingdao port to major Australian ports (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide). Transit time is approximately 18–25 days. We can recommend freight forwarders or work with yours. All documentation (B/L, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin) is provided.

Are the mats UV-stabilized for Australian conditions? +

Yes. All our mats are manufactured with UV-8 rated stabilizers specifically formulated for high-UV environments like Australia. With proper use and storage, our mats maintain structural integrity for 10+ years outdoors.

Can you do custom sizes or colors? +

Absolutely. Common custom sizes include 1200×2400mm, 1500×3000mm, and 2000×3000mm. Custom colors (green, orange, blue, yellow) are available for bulk orders. Custom tooling may involve a one-time mold fee — contact us with your requirements.
